Inquisitive Gwendolyn is a delightful story of a precocious Phoebe and her first few days of life. The youngest of five, she has so much to learn while in her busy, full nest. She asks many questions and soon knows why her egg had spots, how bugs taste, why her mom has missing tummy feathers and so much more. Most importantly, she learns that asking questions is a good thing.
GWENDOLYN's LEAP OF FAITH
Gwendolyn, the precocious Phoebe, continues to ask questions and learn. The youngest of five, her busy nest seems to be shrinking in size as the baby birds grow. It soon becomes apparent that Gwendolyn has a big decision to make, which makes her very nervous.
GWENDOLYN finds GUMPTION
Gwendolyn, the precocious Phoebe, continues to ask questions and learn. Her world has grown in size and her mother tells her to find Gumption while out of the nest and flying! Determined to make it on her own, she is fortunate to meet new friends while searching for Gumption. The world seems to have many possibilities and her adventures continue.

Well it was a rewarding moment when I leaned back and played your reading of your book. It ended with me not wanting it to end. Looking forward to the next book. I especially liked how much in the book was then reflected in the song I think kids are going to love the book as the kid inside of me did. It also has the most important ingredient and that is "shortening" it was short enough to make me want more. And you illustrated it also. You certainly are talented, and you give hope and value to the individual that is trying to figure things out and so asks questions. The mother bird was not put off by all the questions. Children who are not extended a lot of patience really need this book. Well Done. G.A. - Kalamazoo, MI
